Our story
Sunset Bay was imagined around a simple idea: create a small place by the sea where nothing feels rushed, everything has a purpose and the island remains part of the experience.
The idea
Rather than compete with the landscape, Sunset Bay is designed to sit quietly within it. Low-rise spaces, natural materials and open-air living keep the focus on the sea, the light and the rhythm of the island.
The aim is not to create more than you need, but to make the essentials feel considered — comfortable rooms, calm shared spaces, thoughtful service and enough room to slow down.
Design
Natural stone, pale timber, limewashed walls and soft textiles form the language of the property. The palette is intentionally restrained, allowing texture, light and the surrounding landscape to do most of the work.
Place
Kos is not simply the backdrop to the stay. Local food, nearby beaches, small villages and the changing light of the Aegean are part of how Sunset Bay is meant to be experienced.
