We run 34 cars from one office. That is small enough to answer the phone ourselves and big enough to have a spare car when you need one.

  • The quoted price is the final price

    Third party insurance, unlimited kilometres, VAT and airport delivery are all inside the rate you see. Nobody sells you anything extra at the handover.

  • You reach the family, not a call centre

    Nikos or Eleni answers the phone. If a tyre goes on the way back from Sfakia at nine in the evening, you are speaking to the person who can send another car.

  • Our own workshop in Chania

    Tyres, brakes and air conditioning are checked before every handover. We would rather hold a car back than send it out to the mountains half ready.

  • Ten minutes and you are driving

    Your agreement is filled in before the flight lands. You check the car over with us, sign once and go.

We bring the car to you.

Most guests never see our office. Tell us where you land or where you are staying and the car is there, fuelled and cleaned.

The questions we get every week.

Do you hold a deposit on my card?

With basic cover we hold 300 euro on a credit card and release it after the car comes back. Take the full damage waiver and there is no deposit at all.

What is the minimum driver age?

Twenty three, with a licence held for at least a year. Drivers of 21 and 22 can take Group A and Group B cars with a 6 euro per day young driver fee.

Can you meet us at the airport?

Yes. Free at Chania, 18 euro at Heraklion. Send the flight number with your booking and we track the arrival time, so a delay costs you nothing.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up and you pay nothing. If your flight itself is cancelled we waive the late notice, whenever you tell us.

How does the fuel policy work?

Same to same. The car arrives full and comes back full. There is a station within two minutes of both airports and of our office.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes, free of charge. Bring their licence to the handover or email a photo of it beforehand and we add them to the agreement.
